"Old and Unpleasant"
The candies I received were old and tasted off, plus there were no 'best before' dates on any of the bags. Instead of posting a negative review right away, I reached out to the company via email, but I never heard back. After doing some digging, I found out that Pleased To Sweat You was shut down in June 2022... could they be offloading expired inventory?

"Won't be shopping here again"
I ordered 500g of spider jelly, but it was far from what was shown online. What I got was mainly shattered bits of body parts and didn’t resemble a spider at all. I could only use 3 out of the 500g I bought. I was planning to use them for a Spider-Man themed birthday bash, but it didn’t work out at all. Totally let down. I’m done buying from them.

"Fell short of what I hoped for."
I was super excited to try out my stash of your candies. Overall, I gotta say, they didn’t quite meet my hopes. A few had this weird 'not sugar' flavor, some seemed a bit old, and others just didn’t have the kick I was looking for. The fizzy tubes didn’t fizz at all, and the strings were a letdown too. The yoghurt-covered raisins were okay, but honestly, the coating didn’t taste like yoghurt one bit. I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing.

"First Impressions Could Be Better"
My order got confirmed, and I got an email saying it was shipped. But just two hours later, I got another email saying the whole order was cancelled because most of the stuff was out of stock. They mentioned a driver shortage and that I’d be refunded. The next day, I checked their website to see which items were unavailable and if I could snag one specific item, but everything still showed as in stock.

"Awesome candy selection."
Fantastic service and a wide variety of candies. Prices are reasonable. Takes you back to the days when you could grab a bunch of sweets from the store, even with just a few coins like 10p, 20p, or 30p. Definitely gonna shop here again. Great bang for your buck.
